TOUS, for its commercial expansion plan, has relied on Elisava Research and OiKo to design a future retail strategy that combines materials, sustainability, experience and new technologies.  

 

From OiKo we have led the evaluation of material and energy flows of the TOUS stores, applications and website to carry out a global LCA of product sales both in physical stores and online and to be able to establish the main sources of impact as well as the strategy to design the most sustainable buying and selling model with a better experience according to the needs and values of the brand. In this process of generating the work guides, objectives derived from the environmental evaluation have been set along with the criteria of the LEED retail seal and a verification of suppliers.
